Free Returns up to 4 Months

We provide no questions asked free returns and replacement up to 4 months.

If you are not happy with any of our products, due to any reason, you can return it back to us up to 4 months. Just take care of following:

  • Keep the product in original condition
  • It should not have been used by you
  • Retain the original invoice sent to you with the product
  • We do not provide reverse shipment facility. You may have to courier it back to us at your cost.

What options do you have when you return:

  • Amount Refund – If Prepaid order, we will repay your entire invoice amount via banking channels & if COD order, we will provide you gadgethug store credit equivalent to your invoice amount valid for 6 months.
  • Replacement – We will replace with a new similar product subject to availability of the item.(NOTE: You need to self ship the product in case of return or replacement, as we do not have reverse pick up facility.)
  • Store Credit – If you wish you can get an equivalent amount credited in your account, which you can re-use for your future purchases.

 
What is the minimum value of returns?

No minimum value…. !

 

By using/ buying products on gadgethug.com, user hereby agrees to have covenant with our Terms and Conditions including but not limited to these Refund Policies.

  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same within 14 days maximum.
  • In case of COD order, refunds will be issued through Store credits only. Under no circumstances refund will be issued in cash.

 
When are returns not acceptable?

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns

  • Return request is made after 4 months from the date of original invoice.
  • Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it.
  • Items that are returned without original packaging. You can keep the freebies as a token of our gratitude.

 
Can I cancel my order after making a payment?

Yes. For any cancellation you need to call on 8082104165 or send an e-mail to support@gadgethug.com. However, an order can be cancelled only before it is shipped out.
 

If I have cancelled my order, how shall I get the refund?

The transfer shall be initiated through online bank transfer. Since the same is third party system dependent, a refund takes up to 14 working days. We request your patience during this period.
 

What if I receive a damaged product?

Please accept the product from the courier and call on +91 8082104165 immediately. Depending on your preference, we will either replace the product or process a refund.
 
 

What warranties do the products have?

We have standard 4 months replacement warrant on all our products. If you are in doubt or want to ask further questions, please do not hesitate to call on +91 8082104165 or send a mail at support@gadgethug.com 

 

What is the Return Process?

  • Call us here  8082104165 or mail us at: support@gadgethug.com and register your complain to return the product.
  • Pack the product in the same original packing safely, so that it is completely tamper-proof.
  • Send the courier to the below mentioned address: GADGETHUG, Office no 201, second floor, Bawa towers, next to golden punjab hotel, Vashi, Navi Mumbai - 400703
  • Call us and register the way bill number of the courier which you have sent to us so that we can also track your courier.
  • We will replace the product and sent a new one within the next 7 – 10 working days/ issue a cheque for the paid amount including the courier charges in the next 10 working days.
